The Chat List page allows admins to monitor and manage all real-time conversations happening across the platform.

Go to Admin Panel → Communication Center → Chat List

Key Features: #

  • User Conversations: View ongoing chats between customers, sellers, deliverymen.
  • Search & Filter: Easily search chats by user name, store, or role to find specific conversations.
  • View Messages: Click on any chat to open the full message thread and view detailed history.
  • Send Messages: Admins can directly join a conversation and respond from the panel.
  • Chat Type Indicators: Identify chat participants (Customer ↔ Seller, Admin ↔ Deliveryman).
