The Reviews section allows admins to view and manage customer feedback on stores and delivery personnel. Monitoring reviews helps improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Go to Admin Panel → Feedback Management → Reviews

Key Features: #

• View Reviews: See reviews submitted by customers along with ratings and comments.
• Filter Reviews: Search reviews by store, reviewer, or review type (Store/Deliveryman).
• Approve/Reject: Control which reviews are visible on the platform.
• Monitor Service Quality: Track ratings to ensure high standards of service.
